		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more.  I usually Google management, or anybody I am thinking of forming a partnership with.  It&#039;s good to know what&#039;s out there.  As far as public companies go, it&#039;s always good to try and get in touch with the CEO or CFO and meet with them face to face.  It will give you a good idea on their knowledge of the business and the strength of their character.</description>

		<description>Understanding the fundamentals of a stock is crucial to successful investing (IMHO).  Part of that is understaning the management team and their track record.  I think the most important thing is ensuring that they are honest people - I would not invest in a company with Kenneth Lee as a CEO!</description>
